While Rosedale Ultra Wash is a self-service laundromat, we maintain a clean, friendly environment where an attendant is always available. We also offer wash/dry/fold laundry service, catering to busy families, students, senior citizens and extended stay travelers.
Leave your quarters at home. Rosedale Ultra Wash uses a state-of-the-art reloadable debit laundry card system that starts all machines, including the pop/snack machines. Your laundry card can be loaded using cash, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover credit cards.
Rosedale Ultra Wash features 51 oversized commercial washers, ranging in size from 30 lbs all the way to our Monster 130 lb High Speed Extract machine. There are 48 HOT dryers in 3 load capacities. This means we can easily handle large household items such as comforters, blankets and sleeping bags. Over half of our washers are High Speed Extract, providing you with faster washes and less time/money drying.
Rosedale Ultra Wash is proud to be one of the first (if not THE first) in the Kansas City area, to implement an Ozone system. Ozone, the same technology used by hospitals and nursing homes to sanitize their linens, is now being applied to every load of wash in the laundromat. Rosedale Ultra Wash, a multi-generation, family-owned laundromat, has been proudly serving the community since 2003. Founded by our mother, Rosedale Ultra Wash began with a simple vision: to provide a clean, convenient, and customer-focused laundry service. Over the decades, that vision has evolved, but the core values of quality, service, and dedication to our customers remain unchanged. We continue to invest heavily in new, high-efficiency washers and dryers. These upgrades are designed to save our customers time and money by improving the washing and drying process. Our High-Speed Extract washers remove more water from each load, so your clothes are cleaner and dry faster, which ultimately saves you on drying time and energy costs. Whether you're washing a small load or something large like a comforter, we have the capacity to handle it with ease. We offer 51 oversized commercial washers, ranging from 30 lbs to 130 lbs, and 48 HOT dryers in three different load capacities, ensuring that every customer can find the right machine for their needs.

Rosedale Ultra Wash is entirely card-operated, which means no more fumbling with coins or dealing with coin jams. Instead, we offer our own reloadable debit laundry cards that allow you to start all of our machines with a simple swipe. This process is easy, quick, and convenient. For added flexibility, we accept cash, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover credit cards.

Pretty much an in and out laundry wash. I can get in and get out with no issues. Very clean very well lit and ample parking for the traffic that does frequent this laundromat. For $13 I can wash for loads and don't have to supply detergent. The big machines do all the work and it's just as inexpensive to dry the clothes and get out. I recommend this location and I'm going to regret it because it'll start getting packed after this 🤦🏾‍♂️ review 😆 UPDATE: Still my go to spot. Find the right time slot and I can be in and out in a little under an hour, washing 4 loads in "the monster"

I've been a happy customer of Rosedale Ultra Wash for about 5 years. What prompted me to write this testimonial now is the recent addition of an automatic ozone system at this laundromat that adds ozone (naturally occurring substance) to the washing machines. According to the video playing there, the ozone destroys bacteria, viruses, mold, odors and mildew in clothes and the machine. This is a big benefit for customers in my view.
